We want everyone to participate in the event experience so observers are discouraged.  We will do our best to accommodate party crashers/last minute additions, paid in full at the event, though we prefer not to compromise the experience as supplies are tailored to the number of registered guests. Please give us as much notice as possible if Aunt Agnes found some free time and wants to join in.
