An Art 'N Drafts' event is perfect for many occasions, from celebrating a soon-to-be bride to corporate team bonding. It makes for a memorable experience, even if you're just getting the gang together to hang out.

 

There is an 6 participant minimum* for every private event (including the host). The more, the merrier! If you've got the room, we can book up to 24 guests per private event.

Each event is $40.00 per person.

$20.00 deposit is due by the host to book the event with Art 'N Drafts.

Guests can then register through the host's private registration page by submitting a non-refundable $20.00 deposit.

 

The remaining $20.00 balance is due by all participants (host included) at the start of your event. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

As the host, you are responsible for booking the event by following these steps

STEP 2

Choose a Venue

This could range from your home to a banquet hall. Any private or rentable space that you have permission to use is fair game. Not in your neighbor's driveway, unless they are invited.

STEP 1

Find Four Hours

We know it's hard,

but you can do it. 

4 hrs, 5 friends, GO! 

It's always wise to check our upcoming events and poll your potential guests before settling on a date. We welcome options so feel free to submit 2 to 3 additional dates with your inquiry in the Notes section.

STEP 5

No matter your selection, each class features a fun lesson in color theory, history, composition, and technique. You will create a personal painting inspired by master works. Hey, you may even want to hang it in your house.

STEP 4

Each event includes water (stay hydrated!) with lemon, cucumber, or mint AND

a non-alcoholic beverage.

 

Consider "making it a mixer" by selecting a beverage that complements your alcohol of choice.

STEP 6

Once you've finalized steps

1 through 5, use our online inquiry form to place your booking and submit a deposit. You'll hear back from someone promptly via phone or email to confirm the event.

STEP 7

Make It Official

Tell your guests to mark their calendars! Buy some beer, booze, bottles (or boxes, we don't judge...) of wine. 

Art 'N Drafts will take care of everything else. You simply get to relax, enjoy, make memories, and create  a personal souvenir of your art adventure.

*you may book an event with less than 6 attendees as long as the cost minimum of $240.00 is met; $120.00 due when booking; $120.00 due at start of event. 

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations prior to 24hrs. of your event can be fully refunded or rescheduled. Within 24 hrs. deposit is forfeited to A’ND.  All events are subject to cancellation by A’ND for the rare occasions of bad weather/unforeseen circumstances. In this event we will work with you to reschedule your event or

refund your deposit in full.

Mingling, drinking and painting is never fun on an empty stomach. Time to pick your favorite appetizer combo from our themed menus. If you really, really can't stand mushrooms, just ask, we can customize.
